What to know before you send.
- Can Scoremark identify every redistributed copy?
- No. Scoremark provides attribution and license evidence, not unbreakable DRM. Cropping, alteration, poor image quality, or a missing issued record can prevent identification.
- What does an investigation report?
- Submit an intact PDF or a clear, full-page image. When identified, Scoremark reports the issued record and licensed quantity; the rights holder determines whether actual use complies with the license.
- What happens to uploaded files?
- Personalization source, preview, and personalized files expire one hour after submission. Investigation evidence is deleted after processing, or expires after one hour if processing fails. Attribution and operational records remain, but the score itself does not.
