We process the score. We don’t keep the score.

Scoremark needs the PDF long enough to verify its clear margins, apply the attribution, and prepare your download. Personalization source, preview, and personalized files expire one hour after submission. Investigation evidence is deleted after processing, or expires after one hour if processing fails.

Records may include the buyer, order, purchase date, licensed quantity, attribution settings, signed lookup, page count, file hashes, and processing status. Those records remain, but the score itself does not.
